Looking to 'buddy up' and share 2 bedroom Cyprus

Hi, I was wondering if there is anyone who is interested in a flatshare or houseshare in the Kato Paphos area or Tomb of the Kings area of Paphos ? I plan on going out there either August 22nd, 23rd or 24th for six months I am John, 40's, divorced, quiet personality, easygoing, Looking to move to Cyprus initially for at least six months and during that time hopefully sell a major investment and at the end of six months buy my own place in Cyprus and also develop my artwork/painting. I'm clean and tidy to live with, happy to do my share of cleaning and would expect the same from my flatmate Interests: Music (guitar), art, internet, movies, photography. Def. not a 'party animal' and only an occasional / social drinker. I am looking for someone else who is similar. I'm looking for a flatshare / house-share in the Kato Paphos or Tomb of the Kings area close to shops or not far away on a bus route, in a complex with communal pool, furnished with moderately large bedrooms with double beds, decent sized wardrobes, plenty of storage space, sat. TV, large TV, internet. Cost ? A two bedroom apartment can be rented for about 325 to 350 Euros. Electric probably about 60- - 85 Euros a month and water about 15 Euros a month. I am not sure if there would be any additional charge for sat TV or internet. So in total about 400 to 450 Euros a month which is 200 to 225 Euros each per month. You would need to pay your share of the deposit. The way I would prefer to do it is each of our names to be on the rent contract and each pay half the total rent to the owner once a month in cash or by standing order. The contract would state that if either person moved out, the other would be liable for all the rent. This is fair and logical and the best way. In the unlikely event that that's not possible and I am paying all the rent myself then I would require your share of rent for the full six months up front on day 1. As for the bills if I did not get your share at the required times, I wouldn't pay them and the electric and water would get cut off. Not something either of us would want - which admittedly is rather demanding but I have 'been there before' as they say and I can't leave myself exposed to what could potentially be a situation where I am taken advantage of. I hope that makes sense. Sorry to go on at some length but these things are important and need to be open and transparent to avoid misunderstandings. A pre paid charge card is a good option in addition to cash. My preference would be for someone 30's or 40's but I am open minded and the maturity of the person and how easy they are to get along with is more important than their years. The map shows where I am currently living. If you want to meet up to discuss this then please get in touch. Thanks
