This phone is BRAND NEW with all brand new unused & sealed accessories. It is a replacement phone issued by the Apple Store in Solihull on 29th June 2016 as my iPhone 6 developed a fault. This is NOT an Apple manufacturer refurbished phone – I asked the question specifically when in the Apple Store and was told that it is actually a brand new phone – as they had no refurbished phones in stock. When swapping it for my old phone, the assistant in the Apple Store removed the protective covers and followed the initial setup on the phone with me. Since then I have not used the phone at all, and have carried out a full reset to restore it back to the factory boxed condition.
